Welcome to Lexu. By accessing or using the Lexu mobile application, desktop connector, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Lexu does not process, store, or have access to your personal data or game account.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Lexu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lexu. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
Lexu is a companion application for League of Legends that allows you to interact with your game session from your mobile device. The Service consists of a mobile application and a desktop connector that runs on your computer. Lexu acts solely as a bridge between your mobile device and your desktop client; it does not host, store, or process your game data, account credentials, or personal information on our servers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Lexu, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
4. No User Data Processing
Lexu does not process your personal data in any form. The application operates as a bridge between your mobile device and your desktop client; no gameplay data, usage data, or personal information is sent to or stored on our servers. All communication and data flow occur locally between your devices. We do not collect, analyze, or retain any user data.
5. No Account Access
Lexu does not obtain, access, or store your game account credentials or any account-related information. Your League of Legends account and any other accounts remain entirely under your control. We do not request, receive, or store usernames, passwords, or authentication tokens. Your account security is solely your responsibility and is not managed by Lexu.
6. Bridge Architecture
Lexu uses a local connector on your desktop that communicates only with your mobile app on your devices. No user data, account data, or game data is transmitted to Lexu servers; all traffic stays between your mobile device and your own computer. This design ensures that your information never leaves your control.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and with any applicable laws, including the terms of use of Riot Games and League of Legends. You may not use the Service to violate any third-party rights, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' devices. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Lexu or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without our prior written consent. League of Legends and related marks are the property of Riot Games; Lexu is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices or game versions. Use of the Service is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your device, loss of data, or impact on your game account.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the last update and, where appropriate, notify users of material changes via the Service or our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Service.
