Frequently asked questions
- The app cannot find my Connector.
- Make sure your phone and computer are on the same Wi‑Fi. Open the Lexu Connector on your computer and allow Local Network access for Lexu in your device settings if you previously denied it.
- QR code does not work.
- Ensure the QR code is clearly visible and the Connector is running. You can also enter the Connector's IP and port manually if shown in the Connector app.
